Senior Management Team

Headteacher Stephen Prescott has a B.Eng from Sheffield University and a PGCE from Birmingham University. He also has an MA in Educational Management from the Open University in the UK. He has taught across all year groups from Reception to University entrance level in the UK, Kuwait, Egypt and the Czech Republic before coming to Belgium. He has been a Head Teacher for nearly 15 years including being the founding Head of the British International School of Brussels. In his spare time he enjoys drama, football, reading and going walking with the dog at weekends.

 

 

 

Deputy Head and Year 6 teacher Christine Glasby trained as a primary school teacher in Glasgow , Scotland, where she qualified to teach   5-12 year olds.  After teaching  in Scotland for a few years, she then moved abroad to work in Dubai, Bahrain and Saudi and finally settled in Brussels.  She has experience teaching in the Foundation Stage, as well as Key Stages 1 and 2. Presently she is working on her Masters in Education, from Bath University and has so far completed 3 of the 6 modules that need to be covered.  Her hobbies in vacation time include reading and golfing.

 

 

 

Resources Director Helen Prescott has been a primary teacher for over 25 years after obtaining a Cert Ed and B Ed from the University of Wales. She has also taught in the UK , Kuwait, Egypt and the Czech Republic. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, reading and spending time with her family.
