ISI Inspection Report
Ena Tolentino has been with BISB since 2001 and is therefore one of the longest serving contributors to BISB’s success. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Accountancy. She has recently completed her Teaching assistant level 2 course with the UK Open College. Ena is our Nursery assistant at the moment. She also speaks three languages including English and French.
Aleksandra has been living in Belgium since 2014. Before moving to Belgium she taught English for several years in Vietnam, Poland and Italy. She got her MA in TESOL from the University of Nottingham where she also worked as a teaching supporter for one of the British primary schools. In her free time, Aleksandra enjoys photography, Italian cuisine and travelling. Aleksandra is currently on maternity leave.
Inés van Wassenhove
Inés moved to Belgium in February 2015. Before this, she lived in Uruguay where she taught young children for 8 years. She has a degree on Early Years Foundation Stage from the Universidad Católica in Montevideo and a Trinity College Certificate in TESOL. Inés is currently our Key Stage 2 assistant and in her free time she enjoys reading, photography and travelling with her husband.Inés is currently on maternity leave
Patrick Tranter moved to Belgium in 2009, as the final stage in a 28-year career in the Royal Air Force. He joined the School in September 2013, as a teaching assistant and is currently our Year 1 assistant. He has a BA(Hons) in French and German, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration, a PGCE(International) and a Trinity College Certificate in TESOL. He is married to Beverley, and they have a grown-up son, who lives and works in England. Outside of work, his spare time is taken up with DIY, gardening and keeping himself fit.
