Alison Davies

Alison has worked at BISB since 2007. She has a DPQS specialising in early years and over 30 years experience in this field. Alison is passionate about early years education and her aim is to create a learning environment that is full of awe and wonder, giving every unique child the opportunity to reach their full potential.
She tries to live by the philosophy of children’s champion Rita Pierson:
“Every child deserves a champion – an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be”.
Outside of school, Alison enjoys spending time with her family, especially her young granddaughter who keeps her very active and busy!
