Tim Stedman

Tim studied Geological Engineering at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, after which he taught TEFL in Turkey for 6 months and in Spain for 2 ½ years. He then completed a Primary PGCE with Spanish at Nottingham Trent University, UK. He has been teaching for more than 17 years, which started with Y2 and Y3 classes. He began at BISB in Y1 and has been teaching Y4 and occasional Y5 classes ever since. He is the BISB Numeracy co-ordinator and is actively involved in the school’s sports and outdoor education programmes. In his free time, Tim does lots of running and cycling in the local parks, the Foret de Soignes and the Ardennes. When he is back home in UK, he enjoys running in the mountains. He also likes learning languages, going to the cinema and taking his two daughters camping and exploring.
