Support Staff

	Sabine Ryon joined BISB in 2008 after living abroad (in New York) for 24 years. Being twice an expat herself gives her the sensitivity to make life's transitions as comfortable as possible for everyone concerned. She brings to BISB her passion for life long learning, teaching and getting things organised. She enjoys hiking, wateraerobics, reading, writing & illustrating, singing, smooth jazz and spoting the best side of every situation. She has experience in real estate, customer relations, children's advocacy & juvenile protection, diplomatic administration and early childhood education. She received her teaching assistant and educational psychology degree from Dutchess Community College in NY. She has three grown children of her own and many more at heart.
	Donnell Cross first joined BISB as a parent and volunteer helper out in 2001 but only joined as a member of staff in 2003. She has been our Nursery assistant since then. She is always the expert to beat on film questions at the PTA Quiz nights and is an avid member of the Book Club which started in 2008.
	Ivana Julaton has a Certificate in Early Years Practice from The Open University. She started as a teacher’s assistant at BISB in 2006 having already been in the school a year earlier as a volunteer doing research for her Open University courses She assists in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 and enjoys reading books and listening to music.
	Heike Kreiling is our most recent addition to the BISB staff joining us in 2008 as our Junior department assistant. She has formerly been a book salesperson before moving to Brussels with her family.
	Ena Tolentino has been with BISB since 2001 and is therefore one of the longest serving contributors to BISB's success. She looks after the children who stay behind after school in our Garderie and is therefore in contact with more children than anybody else in school on a regular basis. She also speaks three languages including English and French.
	Tomasz Iwaniuk has been the main minibus driver for BISB since 2005. He speaks three languages and is also very helpful attending to several small maintenance tasks around school.
