We currently have one vacancy

Part-time Primary years teacher of French as a foreign language (16 hours a week)

commencing 10th January 2021.

We currently have a vacancy for a part-time teacher of French as a foreign language to work with our Reception and Years 1, 2 and 3 classes. This is a permanent post.

 

Responsible to: The post holder will be responsible to the Headteacher, the Deputy headteacher and the EYFS coordinator.

Responsible for: Working as part of the EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 teams and in close collaboration with the KS2 French teacher, under the direction of the Headteacher, Deputy headteacher and EYFS coordinator, to provide inspiring, high-quality education and care for the children.

We look forward to welcoming an enthusiastic, experienced and dynamic classroom teacher of French as a foreign language, who would like the exciting opportunity to join our team, teaching each of the classes specified on a regular basis throughout the week.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • be a qualified, experienced teacher of French as a foreign language to primary-aged children

  • be flexible, committed and have high expectations of the children

  • be familiar with the requirements of the EYFS, and KS1 & 2 programmes within the National Curriculum for England

  • be French mother tongue, or fully bilingual (English-French)

  • hold an EU passport or be eligible to work in Belgium.
