Prior to joining BISB, Sehlule gained valuable experience in development cooperation implementing projects for the EU Delegation of Zimbabwe, Roger Federer Foundation, UNDP, Action Aid, Red Cross, UNICEF, Commonwealth Local Government Forum, Ministry of Local Government Public Works National Housing, Ministry of Finance Economic Development and the Ministry of Primary Secondary Education.
